Chi Rise AI Academy ("Operator") is an independently operated licensed provider of the AI Skills to Pay the Bills™ curriculum, operating in the state of Illinois. The Operator is the data controller for all information collected through this application page. Brillionaires LLC, as the curriculum and framework provider, may receive program-level operational data as described below. Brillionaires LLC does not operate this application page and is not responsible for data practices on this page.

Program Eligibility Information

With Brillionaires LLC

As the curriculum and program framework provider, Brillionaires LLC may receive aggregated or program-level operational data to support program quality, compliance, and development. Brillionaires LLC does not receive your personal information for marketing purposes.

With Workforce System Partners

If you are enrolled in the program and funded through WIOA or a partnering workforce board in Illinois, required participant data may be shared with those institutions in compliance with applicable federal and Illinois state workforce funding reporting requirements. You will be informed of any such data sharing prior to enrollment.

As Required by Law

Chi Rise AI Academy may disclose your information if required to do so by federal law, Illinois state law, regulation, court order, or government authority.

Service Providers

Chi Rise AI Academy may use third-party technology platforms to manage application data. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services on the Operator’s behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.

6. Data Retention

If your application is accepted and you enroll in the program, your information will be retained for the period required by WIOA reporting guidelines and applicable federal and Illinois state law.

If your application is not accepted, your information will be retained for no longer than 12 months and then securely deleted, unless you request earlier deletion or applicable law requires a different period.

You may request deletion of your application data at any time by contacting Chi Rise AI Academy using the contact information below, subject to any retention requirements imposed by law or program funding requirements.

You have rights regarding your personal information under applicable federal law and the laws of Illinois. These rights may include:
